Laboratory & quality system consultant
Mr. SV Tokan is our primary consultant and tutor. He studied analytical chemistry at SMAK Bogor (Bogor Chemical Analysis High School) and earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Nusa Bangsa, Bogor. He has 14 years working experience in management system and standardization especially in the scope of laboratory management, quality management, designing and developing of the organization systems, include 8 years in quality control laboratory of pharmaceutical industry. He also has working experience in multinational and national companies that provide audit, consultation, and training of management system. Currently listed as a member of Organization of Certified Risk Manager (OCRM, UK) and Standardization Education Forum (FORSTAN), and listed as member and trainer/consultant at Indonesian Society for Standardization (MASTAN). He has attended courses on standardization and metrology, some of which are courses provided by National Physical Laboratory (NPL – UK), OIML, UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), APAC, WHO, FAO, US Pharmacopeia, and AIQM India. He has also attended courses on computerized system validation from Universite de Bordeaux and course on sustainable development from University of Deakin. His areas of expertise include laboratory management systems, metrology in chemistry, quality management, risk management, and computerized system validation. He is also interested in quality infrastructure and sustainable development. Until now, he has helped many companies and institutions in implementing or integrating standards, specifically ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001, through various courses and consultations.
